Covered up in a Cocoon of Goodness!

This blanket feels so good against my skin. I thought I needed a heavier blanket but because of this Velour cover it feels better than the 20lb one that has a regular cotton cover. In these here quarantine times, everyone needs to be hugged up in one of these. The beads does shift a bit due to it needing more loops and ties across the width of the blanket but away from that I am enjoying my blanket, had it for 4 months now. I also bought the white one for summer. At one point I couldn't decide if I needed even the 25 pounds but I quickly realized that the plushness/snuggleness of this blanket was also helping me to fall asleep. I hope it will lull you to sleep as well.. Go ahead and try it boo.

Great weighted blanket. My daughter loves it! Great feel and you can wash the cover.

Nice and heavy weighted blanket

Very nice blanket. This was a little heavier than I had expected but the quality is great and I would recommend, I will note that it is large enough to cover a twin bed perfectly.

Returned the blanket

This blanket is way too heavy! And I am not crazy about the ties.

hmmmm

It does slide around on the bed. While it says 'queen size', it lies exactly on top of the mattress, no overlap like a spread, so when two people are in bed under the blanket somebody gets short-changed. It is heavy, though.

Cheaply made

I don’t know how other brands are made but these blankets seem cheaply made. Definitely not luxury or worth the high price tag. There is a zipper only on one side to remove the duvet for washing. There are 12 ties on the inside around the perimeter. You have to turn it inside out to untie and then retie them. And then pull the whole thing back through to get it rightside out. The ties are very cheap. Already frayed, as is some of the inside seams. And some of the ties are slightly off which makes the edges of the blanket bumpy and uneven. The beads are not all contained in their individual squares and can move throughout the whole blanket. The duvet is soft and seems to wash well. At least the one time I have washed it. Given what I saw of the quality on the inside I am not very hopeful the blanket will last very long. I do however love the weight. I think 2 1/2 stars is about right. 3 makes it seem better than it is.
