Bad Saute

Everything sticks to the bottom of the pan. Good pan it just sticks

Uniform heating of bottom

Weighted bottom, nicely balanced and a small vent hole in glass lid. Handle on lid has enough clearance for fingers. The same with the second handle on pan. The primary handle is arched to counter balance the weight of the pan, and wide for a sure grip. So nice it can go from stovetop to oven.

Great buy

I bought this for my 84 year old mother. She loves to cook and care for her great grand children! She said the pan is very easy to clean and cooks great with no sticking. I was afraid it was too big for her to handle but she has no complaints!
