Low quality

I thought my Macys couch was gonna be lasting longer than a year. I bought the worry no more plan and claim has been rejected. The sofa is losing color (low quality) in less than a year after purchasing. This ia ridiculously cheaply made. I’m surprised from Macys. Also the outlet on one side of the couch went out within a month of receiving
