Reclining mechanism broke after 5 months!

After waiting over 6 months, my beautiful sofa in grey was delivered. it’s gorgeous and the reclining footrest and head is fantastic. Until 5 months after delivery, the reclining seats no longer work. Glad I purchased the additional warranty…

Couldn’t check the status of my order. Took four months to get sofa. Was not happy with purchase. Too uncomfortable. Return with a penalty.

Not Happy

This loveseat is very uncomfortable. Very hard. Not good on my back no matter the position and of course because it's not a "performance" issue I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee to return.
