As pretty as it is Sadly its a no

Definitely not the color shown. A lot darker. Fabric is scratchy, but durable. Throw pillows lose feathers and you'll find them everywhere. It's a pretty couch, but we did have to return ours after a year, as the bottom wood frame right in the middle/front of couch snapped into two pieces.

Way taller and darker

I bought two identical couches and they are a lot darker than the photo like other reviews say. My problem is that I was anticipating correct measurements from Macy's. The height of this couch is for the backing of the couch but with the pillows it actually extends to be more than fifty inches tall. For my small apartment that makes them look way too big and they swamp my two chairs I planned to keep between them. Now I have to buy new chairs. I also loved the seat depth the product description mentioned but the back pillows are so stiff and hard that you cannot actually enjoy the depth of this couch. The pillows have a crunch to them and the fabric is a scratchy linen so you cannot rest your head on them without it irritating your skin. This is definitely not a couch for a home. More like a firm solution for an office or waiting room. If I could return them I would but I like downtown and there is a pandemic with stores closed so returning would the quite the hassle. What a failure.

Very please

I ordered this sofa after a hunt for a sofa that was on the lighter color. My sofa was delivered today. First impressions: the color is described as "white mist" but is actually more of a light oatmeal/grey blend. I was looking for a cream couch so although it is not what I envisioned , I am not unhappy with the color. Please know it is not white or cream. The fabric is what I like to call "scratchy soft. It is a blend mix that I think will wear well (won't pill easy) considering I have a dog at home but if you are looking for a luxe cotton - this is not it. The sofa is nice, firm, and seems to be made well but this is my initial review after it is delivered. Overall, very happy. Macys delivery service is always excellent and always on-time so that made the experience pleasant as well.
