Very Good Customer Service

I had bought a calphalon 12 inch omlette pan about 10 years ago. The non-stick was flaking off in the center of the pan. I was going to throw it out. It did have a lifetime warranty. I talked to the representative and she recommended that I send it in. I did and received a new one. The only difference that I could see is that my original pan was made in China and my replacement was made in Toledo OH. I only use it for cooking eggs. I do follow all the manufacturers recommendations for their cookware.

Durable and easy to clean!

I'm actually pretty impressed with this pan! We make steaks, burgers, and omelets a lot and my husband always seems to burn them to the pan and ruins the pan. My husband of course, couldn't wait to use our new Calphalon pan when it arrived. Surprisingly, after cooking pork chops that we were sure was going to be impossible to get off the pan, I was able to wipe it clean with no scrubbing. Not only is this pan easy to clean, but I also love how evenly it cooks! It's rather heavy, but very durable. While I received this product for free, the opinions and thoughts included in this review are my own.

Awesome Technology!

This pan has exceeded expectations from a function and non-stick standpoint! It is easy to clean everytime and the white surface does not appear to burn or discolor. While cleaning, any residual residue is easy to notice because the surface is white. I feel safer using this new non-stick technology because the tough, ceramic surface will not delamenate and contamenate our family's food.

Great for frying.

Love this pan. Maintain nice, even heat and frys or sautes with minmum amount of oil. Use it for schnitzel and it is quick, easy and needs very little oil. Highly reecommend this pan. You won't believe how often you will reach for it. Vry easy clean up. UNISON is outstanding.
