strong smell to it, very unhappy

I bought this furniture about 6-7 months ago. ive noticed the smell which bothers my chest and within a week or so of tracing back to furmiture i called macys. they told me nothing is wrong with it and it should go away, claiming they sell lots of it. After airing out room and using air purifier for months the smell is there. I'm very disappointed. I feel like this is very harmful to people's health. If nothing changes after last attempt to air it outside for a few days ( now that is spring) I will throw it away.

Not quite white

Not white but just right for my gray toned furniture in my bedroom.

this dresser has an awful odor to it, the bottom of drawers are flimsy and the outside material has already chipped. this dresser does not look or feel like any type of wood let alone solid wood.

Color not accurate

Love this piece of furniture. Good size - roomier than my previous chest. Rating as 4 stars because the color is not accurately described - it’s not white at all! I was looking for white or grey. I read another review that this was more grey which I was fine with; however, it does not have white undertones, it has cream undertones.

I purchased this chest and the full size platform bed for my 4 year old granddaughter. It is beautiful and she loves it. The quality is excellent and will last for years! We’re very pleased with this purchase!

Love the chest, but not "white" at all.

Sturdy, well made. The drawers pull in and out smoothly. I like the color because I am working with light beige and grays, but warning: "canyon white" is not white at all. The color is a deep gray with even darker deep gray ridges throughout. If you want a white (or even off-white) piece of furniture, don't buy this. The exterior is not smooth at all, the entire piece has shallow grooves or ridges throughout all surfaces, giving it a more rugged look. It works perfectly for my needs, but I gave it only 4 stars because of the description "white" on the website.
