Recliner chair

Like the recliner not too big, the color is grey, not brown, got it on a really good sale, half price

Quality and fit are not the best

*Try to test this recliner in the store if at all possible*. The construction quality could be better. It doesn't feel sturdy enough to take very many years of use. The back flap exposes a construction seam, and there's a visible gap between the back and arms. The back and footrest may be comfortable for shorter people, but I'm just 5' 6" and normal weight, and the fit is not great. I will probably return within the 3-day window.

Starting Coming Apart Hours After Delivery

The chair was poorly made and defective. Macy's sent a furniture tech out and were very helpful, but after waiting six months for the chair it has to be returned because it cannot be fixed. I would definitely recommend you check it carefully in the first three days you have it while it can still be returned or exchanged.

Right sized recliner

Nicely sized recliner for senior woman. Only downside is that the fabric is scratchy, not soft.

Comfortable!

I was looking for comfort and this fits the bill. My back loves the firm support. I'm a 5'7" woman, over 70. It reclines easily and has a tension adjusting mechanism underneath, a surprise feature. My feet hang off the edge when reclined but not a problem. The only issue is the color. Linen Beige as pictured is actually darker but since I planned on using a shaggy throw over it I'm okay with it. It's the level of comfort that will keep my back happy watching a movie, reading, napping or meditating. Plus I got it on sale, and the "white glove" delivery was wonderful.
