Beautiful but poor quality frame

Sofa and two ottomans were delivered less than two months ago. With very little usage, I noticed the frame on both ottomans cracked near where the legs are attached. One frame is cracked all the way through. Items were delivered, put together and assembled by Macy’s white glove delivery service. Waiting for a technician to assess ability to repair. This is not the quality I expected.

Comfortable couch set

This couch is really comfortable I love the color and the leather is pretty durable, my dog jumps on the couch and hasn't left any scratches. I have a pretty small living room so it was nice to find a less bulky couch that was comfortable, durable and stylish! I also have the matching swivel chair, arm chair and foot rest, highly recommend!

Nice quality for the price

Looks very sharp and we are very happy with both the comfort and finish. It goes great with our light gray couch also purchased from Macy's. These chairs were part of the set on backorder.

The chair is a good looking chair but in the middle of the seat area it’s sticking down and the leather is not tight anymore because it was a floor sample it shouldn’t be this bad I have the chairTwo weeks it shouldn’t be this bad
