Not what I expected!

Placed an online order for what I thought was a beautiful, striped, grey, DUVET. What I received was a beautiful, striped, grey, SHEET SET. The worst part is that it's a closeout item so I can't get a return or exchange. This is not good! I am thoroughly disappointed!
