Why I dislike buying online

My package was never received. It was returned without any option to collect it from the post Office. After receiving an email stating that it was ‘undeliverable’, I received noticed two days later that it had been delivered. Someone screwed up. You also refunded my money without any notice to me!!

Different Than Previously Purchased Sheets

I have purchased these in the past and they were great, fit well, etc. I just bought another set and they are definitely different than they were the last time I purchased a couple of years ago. They don't fit as snug. They are very soft, though!
