Terrible on-line ordering policies

I ordered this lovely comforter on-line at 9:30 in the evening, not realizing that I didn't click on the correct size. Got an email the following morning confirming my order for a "king-size" comforter. I immediately called customer service, only to be told this was a final sale item and any changes had to be made within 30 minutes of ordering. Macy's on-line ordering process is definitely inferior. I didn't want to return it, I really wanted to exchange for a size that fir my bed. I am not the proud owner of a king-sized comforter and I have no king size bed.
