Kudos on Product Expectations & Delivery

Amazing how fast delivery was. Ordered late Sunday evening and received the footstool via freight, Wednesday around 2:00 pm. I did not pay for white glove, only in-house placement delivery. The gray footstool/ottoman is beautiful. Perfect size. It came with 4 wood screw on legs, so could not have been any simpler assembly. Kudos Macy’s on your customer service on the telephone, and the delivery guys were so kind. Fastest and BEST experience in purchasing furniture online ever.
