Uniquely Perfect
Pay the extra to have it put together and you'll resolve all the other reviewers' complaints. The coach is firm, but in 5 years you'll appreciate that attribute. It's the right size for home viewings & cuddling nights. The fabric also stands up to potential animal claws (barring relentless attacks). Bottom line: very nice buy & well manufactured to last if assembled properly at home.
Still adjusting
It's firmer than I expected. There's been a couple of issues with the middle back not having been inserted correctly. I don't like that the back alone can be moved forward but not back, doesn't make much sense. I also did not receive the spot cleaner welcome pack at the store or when the couch was delivered.
Hard
Got the pebble color. Looks very nice. Restful to recline on....but....very, very hard. Good support for a senior or anyone with back issues, but definitely not a comfy couch.

Poor manufacturing
It took several attempts to get us couches that actually work. I ordered 3 sets in grey for a very large family room.The recliners did not open or close smoothly and one set didn't even close all the way each time. It took four different deliveries to bring us 3 sets where all the recliners on each set worked almost properly over a period of 2 1/2 months. I had to take off from work each time they had to deliver and Macy's didn't even apologize for the inconveniance! Very upset with the poor quality. The last 3 sets are still not perfect but I am so tired of fighting with Macy's over it. Don't buy! Macy's should just remove it from there inventory altogether. I also had ordered the single leather recliner which is on back order for 5 months, lets see if that works!!!!

Recliner
I love them love the material very comfortable seats are a little harder than I would like but still very good. Power very efficient delivery was late but they did an outstanding job placing checking function and examined well
Disappointed customer
The couch was not assembled correctly so the recliners don't work properly. I have to wait almost a week to have someone come out and fix it.
