I opened the box and 3 plates were broken. Had to return and return process is a nightmare!

Searched for tan dishes for a very long time. Worth the wait. Simple design, nice color, great size. Perfect for everyday and special occasions.

Good set!

So far this seems to be a good set of dishes. I bought both the all taupe Kisco and the mixed colors Kisco and decided to keep the mixed colors version. There was a reviewer on the Lenox/Dansk site that said hers scratched easily but we been using them for a week now and haven't had that issue. The colors go well with our home rustic theme. My set did arrive with a defective bowl with a chip in it and Lenox wouldn't send me a new one, hence the 1 star deduction (won't buy a Lenox/Dansk product again). Of course, Macy's great service replaced my entire set with a new one with no issues whatsoever and they will be returning to Lenox. Was shocked that Lenox/Dansk didn't back up their defective product! What company doesn't replace defective product?
