Beautiful and comfortable.

Great sofa, super comfortable, good material and very pretty, we've been using it for a month and so far everything is fine. For those who like to relax and watch something, I highly recommend it.

Very Disappointed

I really loved this 5 piece Sectional it fit perfectly in the space in my Villa. However, when it arrived I noticed one of the pieces didn’t line up with the next piece that it connected to. Then a couple weeks later while cleaning behind it I noticed the console piece also wasn’t connecting properly with the next piece. I called Macy’s they sent out an inspector and he said it’s defective the Frame is broken on both pieces. Macy’s was willing to replace both pieces but they have been discontinued by the Manufacturer. So, back they go and I’m on the hunt for another Sectional that fits.

So has a bit of confusion on delivery address, but the rod we’re worked hard to assist and furniture was delivered yesterday and we’re in love! Color and texture is just right!

not as comfortable as it looks squeaks when you recline padding in foot rest isn't thick enough you can feel it flipping as you recline Nota good quality at all they're furniture is really going down hill for what they charge

Love this Sectional!

We love this sectional. It is very comfortable and durable. It is a little larger than I expected. There is plenty of room for a family of four. The leather is a nice color and looks very expensive. The recliners are a nice feature, and we love that you can also adjust the headrest. I would recommend this sectional to others and Macy's did a great job delivering and setting it up with their White Glove service.
