Did not survive first trip

My previous Delsey 25 inch helium aero survived a dozen plus trips with me and is still going strong. I was looking to purchase a bigger checked luggage so I got this 27 inch shadow 5.0. Unfortunately this luggage will not see a second trip. Other than the lack of durability it would have been a good piece.

Hard to store

Have the trunk and carry on sizes too. But unfortunately the sizes do not nest together. Makes them hard to store.

Broken wheel

Wheel was broken and peeled off in 2 weeks after receiving the item. It says warranty and all but no way to contact them or return the item as return window is closed. Extremely disappointed after buying with so much interest 😔
