Awful, awful… it’s a nice looking sofa but it is so uncomfortable . The cushions are not firm so you sink into the sofa. I am 6-4 220. There is so much tension in my hams and glutes when sitting on this sofa because of how far you sink. I felt that the springs were broken because it’s almost like I sink to the floor. I absolutely hate I purchased this. Do not buy this terrible quality sofa. I only had it 2 months total. I starting hating it after a week. I live alone and spend most of the day at my desk or in my bedroom. There is absolutely no way this sofa should lose shape and firmness so quickly. Macy’s absolutely do not stand behind their furniture so don’t trust this one or you will be stuck with it. I bought a custom made and put this one in my basement.

Very well made couch. Made in North Carolina. Very comfortable. FYI Don't make the same mistake I did. Wait till it's 50 percent off. Which Macy's refused to honor. Even though I was in the time frame to qualify to receive the sale price.

I just bought this sofa and I absolutely love it. It is made in the U.S. and it's comfy and it changed the look of my living room. I will get the loveseat in fabric soon.
