Handle broke first day of usage

I used it first time and trying to pull the handle out at the airport and it broke.

Trash

Looks nice but it's absolute trash…cracked on the first trip. Now I have a hole right on the outside under the DKNY logo …unusable.

Looks good, functions less than satisfactorily

Great looking luggage, but the zipper failed on the first use. Additionally, the top handle failed and would not pull out easily, making it not so easy to pull. The wheels run smoothly. Shell quality is good. It is quite roomy with center divide and inner snap straps.

Jammed Handle

My very first time traveling with this bag, the handle got jammed in the "up" position and will no longer go down, even after much effort. Very poor quality. Would not recommend this bag to anyone.

Not good quality

I travelled with this luggage one trip and the handle is locked and a big dent on the side of the luggage .

Wheel broke after first use

I usually never write reviews, but I was saddened when I used the luggage for the first time and one of the wheels broke. I was already having issues with the zipper, but I purchased one of those plastic covers to go over the luggage to make sure if the zipper came apart, my items would not spill everywhere. Now, I am having a difficult time getting this replaced because Macy's had a cutoff date for return, which was unfortunately after my first time using the luggage. They gave me the wrong email for the warranty department. This is so disappointing!
