I would never buy Dkny again

Omg what a waste of money! Literally used only once and the zipper broke in the middle of my trip, I was so embarrassed when my underwear was all over a trains floor

Zipper and cover

Inside the cover ripped second time using it! Inside is not as durable as the outside

Pretty on the outside but…

Gave the set to my youngest daughter as a gift. She loved the look but had problems with the zippers. The internal and external zippers were difficult to open and close and it wasn’t because they were they were overstuffed.

Excited to travel with this case

28 inches doesn’t sound that big, but this thing will hold all the things! It’s big without being too big. The walls are thinner and it holds a lot. The color is great and the gold accents look beautiful against the taupy color.

Dont buy!!

Looks nice. the Zipper is the worst. You will be happy if you get one trip in. The reviewers are not lying.

Failed Zipper

I received the 20” Carry on as a Christmas gift and I love it. It’s a great carry on but the 28” check in is horrible. The inside lining isn’t completely attached, so it poofs up inside of the bag. The worst part is that the zipper failed upon my first use. It literally had to be taped shut at the airport and the bag was not over packed.
