Excellent

This sectional is amazing! Large and deep enough for a big guy like me. The chaise is great for lounging. Looks much bigger in the home that it seemed it the showroom which is great. We did get white and is beautiful. Grabbed a Bissell Bissell portable upholstery cleaner to keep it clean. The material cleans very easily. Highly recommend this sectional and Tracey our sales rep is excellent!

Good not great

We've had the sofa for a few weeks and are mostly happy with it. The sofa comes with rubber feet to prevent the pieces from sliding and we have no complaints despite what another commenter stated. The cushions were initially very firm but quickly broke in. The seat back cushions get misshapen rather easily and must be fluffed. For this reason I am concerned about longevity and wonder if I should have bought the protection plan. In terms of style, the sofa is much bulkier than we expected. While we measured the length and width, we didn't consider how tall and fluffy this thing is. Overall it's a nice sofa, but time will tell whether it is a good value.

Cannot replace chase to make sofa.

No one wants chase anymore it takes up to much space. However, there is no option to have a regular seat to replace chase. You can get chair customized. Weird thing store salesman refused to email company to have an end chair piece option. And store ays they have black but no demo on floor. I noticed white demo was already getting dirty. And the chairs do not hav. Locking device at bottom of chair pieces so they do not move. Chair needs to be against a wall. Ugh
