Hope was high

This sectional is perfect In its shape but the fabric less much to be desired. Beyond the piling hat occurs, it also is difficult to clean. I bought he salt color which is like a vanilla color. I saw this in store and thought the back cushions were filled with down but it’s just poly batting. It’s supposed to be stain resistant but it’s not. So disappointed

Absolute Garbage

We have owned this couch for about a year now and the fabric is pilling on all of the seat cushions. It looks terrible and I am embarrassed to have guests over. It looks like it is 20 years old.

Do not buy

Worst quality of fabric. It leaves watermarks. We have had it for just 2 years but looks like a 10 year old couch. Highly disappointed.

DO NOT BUY

Would never recommend. I've had this couch less than a year and it has water marks on it. I would consider myself a very neat person and I have 2 cream rugs in my home that are in excellent condition. I purchased the warranty and the cleaning kit which I have used on it and it RUINED the fabric. There are marks

Not good at all

Agree with other reviewers. We have had this less than 2 years and it stains super easy. Pet hair gets stuck in it. The fabric pills and frays when you try to clean it, it leaves wet stains. Not worth it. Tried to use the warranty also and guy came with folex and sprayed it down! I could have done that myself and it didn't even help remove the stains.

The couch is comfortable but stains easily and the warranty company is difficult to work with

Loved the look of this couch but it cannot be cleaned! It says spot clean but it leaves a bigger mark where cleaning solution is. Too expensive to have stained cushions
