I love this recliner, it's so comfortable! A nice plus is that it actually reclines all the way back so that you are literally laying down and could easily sleep in it if need be. I've had no trouble getting it to recline while sitting in it, not sure what some of the problem is with a couple of other reviews. Yes, it is a bit taller than the rest of the set but it is a recliner...it has to be that way and it does not look odd with the sofa and love seat. Bottom line...very attractive, very comfortable!
Comfortable
Bought a 3-piece set. They are firm and comfortable. Good for petite people. Excellent delivery service. As to the recliner, "cannot push it back to recline position while sitting in the chair" is a problem.
VERY SLEEK DESIGN
I ordered the recliner and couch together. The coloring is more of a dark cream but the design is very sleek.
Unable to push back this push back recliner
I really wanted to love this recliner but I am not able to push it back to recline position while sitting in the chair. I have to push it back from a standing position by lifting the foot rest and pushing on the back then crawl over the arm to get into the seat. Plus, when I am sitting in it and want to fully recline, the chair will not stay in the full recline position. I exchanged the chair once thinking the one I got first was defective but the new one is even worse than the preivious chair. It’s going back to Macy’s and I’m looking for a replacement. Plus - the chair is bigger than the matching loveseat - it’s about 8 inches higher. I’m a small woman - larger people may not have a problem with the push back chair but buyer beware.

Beautiful recliner, that doesn't match the sofa/love seat its designed for...it's off-scale, and makes for an awkward appearance.
Great new look
Just bought recliner and matching couch. The delivery team was very professional and delivered right in the window scheduled. The leather had no wrinkles and was just what I ordered. The small size has plenty of room without overwhelming the surrounding area. I would recommend to anyone who needs a set which offers floor clearance and is extremely comfortable. I appreciate being able to select the item in the store and have it delivered within a week. The new look changes my room which looks light and fresh.
Very comfortable, great quality
This is the first recliner that I've ever owned. I love it. The price and quality are excellent. I am very pleased with the purchase and will definitely purchase furniture from Macy's in the future.
Reclining Leather Chair
I got this chair as a match for my new sofa made by the same manufacturer in anthracite (slate color). It is much more comfortable than the sofa but you can't put it against a wall so has to be used with nothing behind it. That said it is extremely comfortable and very well made
