I wanted to love it, I went to the showroom three times and this was the one! I feel like what I received wasn’t close to the model couch. The recliner footrest support snapped in half. The footrest will not stay up when elevated. I’m 140lbs. There’s no reason this should be an issue. The warranty service? Ha! Took over two months to receive a replacement piece and I’ve never heard from Macy’s again to INSTALL it. I will never purchase furniture from Macy’s again.

Do NOT buy

This is a piece of garbage couch. The recliners break and then the metal scrapes your beautiful hardwood floors and destroys them. I am very very disappointed with the quality and customer service.

SKIP! This is not the one for you!

This sectional starts out great - and quickly goes downhill. The cushions rapidly wear down from a supportive and firm comfort to flat and uncomfortable. The wedge portion of this sectional is useless for seating, no one can sit on it with others on the couch already - there's no leg room. The way the pieces of this sectional snap together is so awkward and difficult to get a part and then put back together again. It's recliners so I expect the set to be heavy but paired with the way you have to hook and unhook it, it's just horrible. After about 4 months of owning this sectional, the top stitch started to come out. We bought the warranty from macy's so I contacted them to come out and look at it. they told me that since it was within one year of owning the furniture, I needed to contact the actual macy's furniture store I ordered it from to get it fixed. I did - several times - and no one returned my call. What a waste.

Don't buy

Cushions break down. Extended warranty doesn't cover it. My daughter bought the same set we did. After 4 months cushions are doing the same thing. I paid full price for this set and it is the worst sectional ever.

Well, I'm about to purchased the recliner. About 3 years ago I purchased the sectional and I don't have any complaints. As far as the fabric upkeep, it was nice until my grandchild arrived, but still not complains. My family is very healthy and again after 3 years it still looks good.

Not Big As It Looks

The angle of the photograph makes this chair appear bigger than actual size. Also, the actual "seat" area is quite narrow. The extra large arm rests take up most of the width. This is NOT a big & Tall chair.

DONT BUY!! Fabric does not wear well!

Had two years & there are 2 small holes in end seat fabric . You can see where the fabric closer to the arm is very thin & worn and closer to the other seat is not due to sitting closer to the arm rest. We take very good care of our furniture. This fabric wears terrible! Tried to add pictures it says it can’t upload.

Happy Purchaser

We purchased the 7pc sectional and waited 6 months to receive it. It was worth the wait! I'm very picky and seek excellent quality. The mechanical functions, material, stitching, etc. are perfect. We have had it 9 months now and no problems at all. With daily use, no tears, stitching coming apart, fading, or back aches. No complaints. I am 5'7" and my husband 6'3" (his feet hang over) and our recliners are fine. It's comfortable and our guests expressed how comfy and attractive the sectional is to them. We found that another couple we know has had the exact sectional for about 2 years and theirs still looks and feels great. In fact, they bought a larger home and are buying another piece. Make sure you try every button and make sure cup holder inserts are in place before the delivery folks leave.
