This was my first furniture purchase from Macy's, but it will not be my last one! From shopping to delivery was very pleasant. The best part is that my loveseat is perfect. The color, the size, the comfort and best of all I love the ease of the power recliner, as the power headrest and the USB port. Very satisfied.

Extremely comfortable. Power headrests are fantastic! Wide spacious seats. Neutral colored microfiber goes well with any accents.

Fabric not as seen in the showroom
I loved what I saw in the showroom and picked the sofa and the loveseat for my living room. However, I was disappointed with the fabric of the units delivered - they lacked the texture and the lustre of what I saw in the showroom. The fabric I have has distinct ridges which were not present/visible in the showroom.
Serious loveseat
Great loveseat. Comfortable and great sale price too. Shopped many places an none came close at this price, quality and comfort. And all the other ones were puffy. Know what I mean? This is modern and casual all in one. Great recline feature and a USB port to boot! If you can’t get comfortable in this.....??!!! Nice material. Should hold up well.
Sofa and loveseat
I love the sofa and love seat. It looks perfect in my room. Color is great, and fabric will clean and wear good.
Beautiful
As with the sofa, I saw the items in the beige/cream colors In the store and fell in love with it structure and design. There, I purchased the dark grey color and love every bit of it. I only have had for 2days, therefore, I am basing the rating on those two days. The comfort(firmness) of the cushions are wonderful. I have no complaints this far.
