Greenish color, ugh

Ugh for ugly. I thought I was buying a beautiful charcoal grey chair. It's kind of dull army green, to put it nicely. Only my second time ordering furniture from Macy's I did not know there is a 3 DAY RETURN POLICY on furniture. I did not open the box until day 29! Because when you are moving things are hectic... my own fault but the color is really yuck and the huge rivets on the back of the chair are so tacky.

Great chair! Bought it online. Was worried about the color not matching what on the picture, but it does. Leather is great quality and the chair is very comfortable

Beautiful and Quality.

Beautiful, comfortable and excellent quality, acknowledging that I've only had the chair 2 weeks, but I'm very pleased. I use it in my bedroom and it's exactly what I had been pursing. I must applaud the delivery guys. They were timely, respectful, kind, and great job.

Happy With Chair

This is a very comfortable chair. It is nice to watch entire movies in. It would also be excellent for reading. The ottoman cushion is very soft.

So happy with this Macy's chair

Ordered this chair and ottoman and I love it! It came so quickly. The legs they sent with chair were 4 back legs. The front legs have double notches just like the ottoman has. I called customer service to explain and received the correct legs the very next day!! Great customer service all around. The daily updates on delivery including delivery window, delivery people were wonderful and customer service is great!!

Beautiful chairs and amazing service!!

We purchased these chairs without ever seeing them or sitting in them so we were a little nervous. Not only are the chairs amazing, but the service from Macy's was incredible. The two gentlemen that delivered the chairs were on time and incredibly nice. They unpacked and the chairs for us and took the boxes away (amazing service!). We could not be happier with the chairs and the service from Macy's!!!
