Stunning to look at but it is so hard against the back that my tailbone goes numb after sitting for any amount of time. I have the chaise and 2 recliners and the console. It fits together beautifully, is Well made with a capital W. I had hoped it would give over time but it has not. It's just so hard on the lower back and bottom.

we were redoing our living room and I was searching for something sleek and sexy and after visiting several stores, I came across this sectional. Let me tell you the final look was exactly what I wanted. I paid the original price but it was worth it

Generally I dont write reviews but this product i didn’t see many and most of them were on delivery issues. We bought this couch few months ago and finally after 3 month wait it was delivered last week. The delivery crew had set it up and their service was excellent. The sectional looked great but our excitement lasted for < than a week. One of the power headrests squeaks and hard to recline and leans to a side and feels uncomfortable. Looks like there is a misalignment you can see a few inches here and there push forward and backward. The power headrest on the chaise stopped working. We bought the expensive coverage too and yet to contact customer service. But if the issues started just within one week of minimal usage I am wondering If I should return this. We paid good money for the longer everyday usage without any quality issues.

Worst couch that I have ever purchased from Macy’s. Less than 2 years ago. As I sit where the chaise section is, it just continues sag. Mind you I weigh 129 pounds. Just a thought, to the future purchasers, Otherwise my future purchases from them have been fine.

great set definitely recommended I was about to order a different set that I saw in here without going to go store, and I’m glad I didn’t order it I actually went in store and try it and hate. it I find this set and I love it the wait was worth.

Sad Sofa
Omg! I will agree the leather and style of this sofa is nice, but the quality of the is horrible. I had to replaced the recliner twice and I would not consider this family furniture because it is not suitable for everyday use. The custions deflate very quicly leave tge sofa like a flat tire. With that said why spend this much when it not fit to sit on. I wish I would have used this money for custome made sofa.
great piece for the price
I put the 3 piece sectional with one power recliner in my bedroom. I love it ,, the leather is amazing and the modern look is amazing.
