waste..

Bought in June 22, massage stopped working in September, repaired, broken again in September. Got a new one. January 23 the recline foot gets stuck and one has to climb out 😭

Awesome and comfortable recliner

I love this beautiful, luxurious leather recliner! It’s so comfortable and it looks great in my living room.

Big time disappointment.

Very much disappointed. It's seat cushion lost it's firmness just after couple of months. Now, after six months of purchase, whenever I sit, I feel like sinking in it and every time its hard to get up. Reclining function of the chair have also started making noise.

Major Design Flaw!

Love the functions of this chair, but there is a major design flaw: it reclines on the power chord. As such, every time you recline, the power chord is being “cut”. Recline too many times and you will sever the power chord entirely. I purchased it in November and am already on my second replacement chair because of this issue.

Great, so far!

Just received this chair yesterday, but my husband loves it already. Provides good support for his neck and back and the heat/massage feature is a plus.

Massage chair

The massage and heat is nice on this recliner without breaking the bank. Great chair we love it. We got the charcoal gray. It has a wide seat and good back height for someone 6'2" and 240lbs. Highly recommend.

Disappointed

Hugh gap in between seat & back which is not very comfortable! It also makes a loud noise when putting it in the reclining position. I’m not very happy with the purchase & not the standard for a long time Macy’s customer. I’m not in the habit of spending so much on a chair that is not up to standards
