Bought 2 of these bags, both zippers busted out.

I travel for a living. I have had a couple of High Sierra bags in the past and they have been pretty good. I bought two of these bags when they were on sale a year or so ago. The first one lasted a good while. The zipper handles all fell off and it got wear and tear very easily. It seems to be very cheaply made, which is very sad. I guess that is why they were on sale. Eventually, the whole zipper busted out on a trip and I couldn't use it any longer. So, then I started using the second one that I had bought. I have used it for about 6 months....and now the zipper has busted out of that one. Very sad, since I really like the shape and design of the bag. It is just not good quality.

Good product but one small problem

Love the bag but the zipper broke after 10 months. There is a 5 year warranty though.

I am pretty pleased with what I see so far.

Although I haven't use it for it's purpose yet, the bag looks pretty nice. It is as described on the website. Looks practical enough. Looking forward to put it to the test in a few days. In other news, the shipping was fast.

Great size, but torn seam out of the box!

When I unpacked the bag, I noticed a tear on the outer pocket. Material does not seem as durable as I expected.
