Sagged after a week and a half

I will have to return this. When I tried it in the store, it was very firm and didn't sag. It seemed to have iron springs. I have had it at home for a week and a half. Already, it sags badly in the middle. I only weigh 160 lbs. And even with two mattress pads and a comforter, I can still feel the iron construction. I thought I this would be a firm mattress usable with a topper, but it's not usable at all.
