Color is way off

We ordered the “Charcoal Moss” color and there is nothing grey/charcoal about it…it’s definitely GREEN. The photos on the website are WAY off and the color name is also misleading. Thought we were purchasing a grey sectional. We’re making it work in our space, otherwise we’d also be out the pricey delivery fee…very disappointing.

Great couch

This couch is very comfy and the electronics work well! One thing I didn't expect about it is that it gets very warm if you're sitting on it for a while, I enjoy it because I'm usually cold anyway, but some people might have a problem with it. We love the color (charcoal moss), it's much more green in person than in photos.

Uncomfortable sofa

When you sit on this sofa for a 5 min while trying it on that’s fine, but when actually lay down and try to rest, it feels uncomfortable. no back support when sofa is reclined. When you lay down horizontally on the couch, it feels like you are laying on a board. Not good!!!

Very nice couch

This is a super comfy couch that you can customize. Love it! Only negative is its listed as a grey and it looks dark green. I can still work with it.
