BROKEN SWIVEL CHAIR HASN'T BEEN REPLACED!!!!

I really like the chair; HOWEVER, the item arrived in January 2024 and the swivel part was broken. IT IS STILL BROKEN. They sent a technical out in early February and he AGREED it was BROKEN. Late February, the company delivered ANOTHER BROKEN CHAIR and they came back this past weekend March 30th with ANOTHER BROKEN CHAIR. I DID NOT TAKE THE OTHER TWO BROKEN CHAIRS. I STILL HAVE MY ORIGINAL BROKEN CHAIR THAT DOES NOT SWIVEL. I AM PAYING FOR A BROKEN CHAIR FOR 4 MONTHS. MACY IS THE WORSE!!!! I STILL HAVE THE BROKEN CHAIR.

Poor Quality Chair and Ottoman

sagging ottoman after 3 weeks of delivery: MACY policy is send a technician to evaluate the furniture before it can be repaired or replaced. the first available appointment is in six weeks. disappointed with MACYS service and the product.
