Excellent Workmanship

Purchased the Jazaria in Aspen Beige on sale for a bargain! Beautiful, extra large seating with buttery soft leather. Super comfortable with deep seating makes it easy to lounge for long periods. The luggage-style stitching makes this a very attractive chair. As a plus sized woman, I needed a chair that was supportive, comfortable and stylish. This chair exceeds all my requirements. Most other stores would have this chair priced for twice as much as the regular purchase. Considering purchasing another chair.

Rich dark chocolate brown color and very nice quality leather. The chair looks great however it is not very comfortable. Fine if you just want to sit upright but not good for relaxing in.

Poor Craftsmanship

The chair looks nice, but it is poorly made. Had the chair 2 days and already see signs of pitting. Contacted Macy's to return and they sent a craftsman out to look at the chair I was told the chair is fine and not defective and if I want to return the chair, I will be required to pay shipping and a 15% restocking fee. I was very disappointed in the service, especially since I've been a loyal Macy's customer for many years.
