Love it

Great quality, very comfortable, and looks exactly like it is pictured. I’d prefer it reclined a bit further, but it rebounded far enough to be very comfortable.

Botched install, shoddy build

The issues started the moment the delivery folks left. I realized the sofa's tag was attached at the seam right where the stitching is, and despite being as gentle and careful as possible, the moment I snipped the plastic tag, the stitching came out, too. Fortunately, we paid extra for the warranty, so we arranged for a tech to come fix it. That was rescheduled, and while we were waiting, my husband sat down, only to have the middle of the sectional collapse. Come to find out the installers had failed to attach all of the legs in the middle (he'd already pointed out uneven installation on legs while they were there before they'd left, but hadn't realized one was just fully missing). When it collapsed, it broke another piece. The next tech visit was also cancelled. When we finally got a tech to come out, it had been 2 months with an unusable couch and more loose stitches. He agreed we needed fully new recliners, but since I want a couch, not a project, we went for a refund.
