lovely rug BUT.....

I purchased this area rug in the green. It is very nice and I purposely ordered from Macy's as another rug website company (not to be named) said rugs were folded when shipped and creases were impossible to get out. Mine was rolled however the ends were all crushed in and crooked. I will put heavy books on them to try an straighten the rug out. Because of the way it was rolled up it has big bumps and lumps in the middle... not good. I won't return as it doesn't go back to Macy's but to the actual company. That would cost more than the rug. A shame because I've purchased rugs from Macy's in the past and they have been wonderful. As I said, this is a nice rug but the shipping was not which effected the product.
