Good look, quality, hard to replace if damaged

Good quality, look and assembly. Purchased to match night stands....but one showed up with gouge on the front edge and couldn't find a real way to report and order a replacement. It's like once you purchase your stuck.

Came broken, Macys doesn't have the infrastructure

It came broken and it took a week for anyone to email us back. 3 weeks until someone could come out (even though we reported it broken within an hour). Still not fixed. Other than that.... It's pretty, but the drawers are really short and narrow. I'm sure they are to spec--so I should have better understood the measurements, but really, they barely fit more than one outfit per drawer. Before buying, you should really look at how inadequate the drawers are for holding clothes.
