My experience purchasing the sectional rates an A+. Your sales rep, Njela, was quite helpful, patient and kind. We purchased a leather chair with a foot stool from her before we ordered the sectional. Unfortunately, the sectional didn't work for us--too uncomfortable and not to our taste once we received it. We returned it. We'll continue to shop at Macy's due to the wide range of merchandise and the professional staff.

After waiting well over a month it arrived....STAINED. So I have my sectional, and now have to wait until JANUARY (its not October) for this. Macy's this is just wrong!

Originally, I purchased a set from a lower rated store. I came across this great sectional and I jut had to get the ottoman, it was the perfect color and built with pride! I got the sectional and ottoman in gray and I love it

Great addition to the Juliam sectional. The fabric is nice and heavy duty! We just got it delivered and love it. Delivery and set up was a breeze. It's a great addition to our family room.
