Poor quality

Sofa is pretty and comfortable but after 2 months the spring in the middle cushion is protruding. I sat on the sofa 6-10 lbs and weigh 130 lb. Macy said someone has to come to inspect (they would not accept a photo). Appt. for inspection scheduled for August and today I got a call saying the inspector is on vacation and they had to re-schedule. Very dissatisfied with poor customer service and cheaply made sofa.

The color I've been looking for

I was in very much need of a new sofa; cushions were shot. I happened upon this beautiful one walking by the furniture dept. Been looking off and on for years for a cream-colored, leather couch; couldn't find what I wanted. The biggest problem was all the cushions were like sitting on marshmallow, which I didn't want. I wanted firm cushions, and the first time I sat on this couch I thought, "this is it". It's very well made; really nice stitching. I must have purchased at the right time; it was pretty much half price! 🥳 Delivery time was only 2 weeks, which was great! And, the white glove delivery was a nice option. Happy with my purchase!

The Color is Beige

I purchased 2 of these sofas in hopes that I was receiving a white sofa as the color is stated as chalk…The sofa is comfortable and well made. The leather is good quality and durable. My only issue is the color is not chalk white. Whoever named the color of this sofa should be fired!!! Chalk is white!!! Too much work into return the sofas, now my decor is off.

inaccurate description about seat depth.

inaccurate description about seat depth. the seat is very shallow. it is just 18-19''. and the sofa's back is very straight, given no option to lay back. the cushions are too hard. we will replace it.

SEAT TOO SHALLOW!!! DON’T BUY

Buyers be aware!!! The seats are very very shallow. actually just about 20 - 21 inches. It’s about 3 inches shorter than most sofas. You will feel really really uncomfortable sitting on it. The sofa is useless. All we can do is to donate it and get a new one. Don’t waste your hard earned money on it.
