Never buy a rug online

Not at all the color of advertised purchase. The rug was purchased specifically for the color so now we have too neutral of a room. It was a pain to remove old rug and place new one so now stuck. I tried to get images from purchases to return and for some reason the image would no longer display. A little fishy to me. If I’d receive a call that the specific color wasn’t available, I would’ve looked for another one before this one shipped to my house. Thanks for the lack of communication
