Delay, Delay, Delay

Shipping and tracking info were virtually unavailable. I keep getting emails saying the rug is on the way, but when I click tracking links, the only thing I see is a label has been created. I won’t buy such items from Macy’s ever again.

Problem with return to the store.

I received the wrong item (spice/vintage blue rug of KM Home) from Macys on November 29, 2023 instead of paprika rug,. When I initiated a return, I received an email from Macys that I can return the rug to any Macys store for a faster refund. The Kings Plaza Macys customer service did not accept the rug and did not process a return for me today. It is a Macys Gift Card I used for this purchase. It should be fun and joy, not struggle and loss.
