gorgeous

I’ve been adding to this collection. Received the 10” dinner plates and they’re gorgeous and high quality. The other pieces I’ve received in this collection are also fantastic!

Never arrived

I purchased this for a Christmas present on the 16th with the “arrive by December 22nd with standard shipping”. After buying it I received an email that it will arrive on the 28th. The Macy’s website still showed availability before Christmas with free shipping when I called about the order on the 22nd of December. I messaged on chat and called and was told that there was nothing that I could do and it was busy because of the holidays. I could not cancel the order, but I could return them when they arrived, assuring me they had been processed and the dishes were on their way. I returned to my house after new years, I received a message that they are on back order and do not know when they will be shipped. I was very disappointed that my daughter did not get her Christmas gifts and will not order anything from Macy’s in the future. Bad customer service and empty promises.
