Sleep like a baby
I have had the mattress pad for about 2 weeks now and have not had a bad nights sleep yet. The pad is plush but doesn't totally give way to your weight. Unlike my old mattress pad, I have not had a problem with it being too short and coming undone. I don't really have any complaints with the purchase and would definitely encourage others to buy it!
Nice, but still undecided
I have been searching high and low for an actual PADDED mattress pad with no luck. Most of the time, products look fluffy and then are just regular covers when they arrive. This one is actually padded, although it is only as thick as it looks in the picture around the edges of the bed. That being said, it does make my overly firm mattress much more comfortable. I have it over a 1.5" memory foam topper. I am undecided, though, because while it is plush and comfy, the design is odd. All 4 edges of the topper are super puffy which you can see once the bed is made. It reminds me of a pool raft that sticks up around the edges. That sloppy look bothers me, but if it doesn't bother you then this is a good pad. Also, it is REALLY deep pocket. I have to tuck it in under the mattress. It is very deep (far too deep) for my pillow top mattress (although my mattress is not that thick to begin with despite the pillow top). So, I will try it out for about a week and see if I will keep it or not. It does make my bed plush and comfortable, but I'm not sure I want to deal with the sloppiness.
