Yoga Stretch
I didn’t know what exactly this was suppose to do. I haven’t done yoga in awhile but my nephew has been very faithful with doing yoga. I gave it to him and he said it helped him extend his flexibility. It’s not that easy to use at first but after starting slow and not trying to push too much he could see the difference. If you want to extend your stretch I think this can help.
