"Lite is Better"

Loved the lugguge, & could get by with 1 bag to Europe, but so heavy I couldn't carry it! Purchased the smaller size!

Other occasion to buy:Lots of space for everything you need to pack

POOR QUALITY & WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The combination locks didn't work after first use, the case cracked on the side, the threads came loose and the leather ripped. I filed a claim under the warranty, submitted pictures, but they refuse to get back to me or provide a status update on my claim after multiple attempts. They do not honor their warranty. Avoid London Fog all costs. Never again!!!

2 strikes n I’m out

I was super excited to get this luggage set based on the brand. Had to do an exchange after my original purchase due to the threads coming loose after just one use. Macys did the exchange after owning it for 10 days. The second time the larger piece cracked opened on a cruise. I submitted pictures and filled out the warranty info that they requested and nothing. I would not recommend this product quality and customer service needs an overhaul.

the suitcase was pretty but I cracked during the second use. save your money and buy a different one.
