hard to steer

The price for this seemed too good to be true and I found out why. The zipper sticks and is hard to maneuver whether full of clothes or empty. The wheels were very hard to steer and moving this suitcase over carpet is near impossible. Used it on a recent trip and was very disappointed.

Happy

Love this luggage. I purchased the 20” and the 29” then I purchased the bag and now the 25”. I love them all. Lots of space and sturdy. Beautiful set. Sorry they are going out of stock. I wanted a set for my husband.

Bad shipping, very poor customer service

I never received the suitcase. I'm really upset because the airlines lost my bag and I ordered this to replace it. when I tracked this up until March 6th w hen I was supposed to receive it, showed it was on the way. I tracked it every day after then on the 13th I called ups and they said unless I pick it up they were going to return it. I went to the station 2 hours before they were scheduled to close and found they were closed and locked for 2 weeks, no notice. so the case got returned to the sender. I will never buy online again always had issues buying online from macys. rather go to the store except now no good selection in th stores and no customer service.
