Great suitcase, but wheels easily break off

Love the design and functionality of this suitcase, but 2 of the wheels broke off making, turning this into a beautiful piece of trash. Hugely disappointed as the pockets and design are great, but what’s the point if you’re struggling to move it around?

London Fog, Cystal Cake Plate

The luggage was just what I expected. I already have the two carrying bags. Just love it. I have been admiring the Cake Plate for months and was able to purchase it on line at a very low price.

Beautiful with wheels that break off w/each trip

Wanted to love this bag but a wheel locks then falls off each time I travel. I'm down to 1 wheel (1 left). Purchased brown doesn't show dirt, handles are perfect, expands. Not sure where I can get wheels replaced. The bag is otherwise still in near perfect condition. Le sigh.

Quality Suitcase

Large, roomy interior with 2 deep side pockets for small items and small vinyl bag for wet items. The other zipped interior, and extra exterior areas provide additional storage in which to organize extras. This is the third piece of London Fog that I own. Would definitely recommend.

Does Not like European Sidewalks

Took this to Prague and it was horrible. Even in the states, I had to fight it to go straight, In Europe it was worse! It was the appropriate size for a week stay, but I was constantly fighting it while it should have wheeled easily.

Very Disappointed!

I bought the 25" London Fog suitcase after having the carry on piece. I was under the impression they were of great quality. The first time I used it, which was approx. 1 month ago, I had trouble with the wheels and it was very difficult to maneuver . Even the bellhop commented that it had attitude. Very disappointing!!

GREAT LUGGAGE

I have several pieces from this collection, and I love them all! They're very light-weight and stylish, and with them being expandable I'm able to get everything I need into them,and then some. I highly recommend them!

Love the Syle

We purchased 2 sets of this luggage. It's well made, with nice compartments. I especially like the huge compartment on the outside. I has come back with marks on it from air travel, but I don't know any that doesn't. The one good thing is, we used some carpet cleaner on the marks, and they came right out. Good as new! B
