Broke the first time it was used. The rivets that hold the handle are not strong enough.

Trying to Return....Broke After One Use

We don't travel often which is why we just tried to use this suitcase last week...and the zipper is broken. Also, the quality doesn't feel substantial. Not a good purchase.

Very Disappointed

Bought this suitcase to give to Grandson for Graduation Gift. He traveled to Europe first of June (first use). After 3 days on cobblestones, a screw loosened on the handle, then finally fell out to be lost. The handle was inoperable thereafter. the suitcase had to be carried, or bent over and rolled after that. The suitcase has a handy and handsome interior. I would like for my Grandson to be able to return the suitcase for a replacement or refund.

Horrible warranty

Used this luggage once and the handle broke. Called macys to see if I can exchange for another one since I only had it for 2 months before I used it. Clerk said that I had to call London fog customer service to get warranty. Left message 3x and emailed 3x and finally got a response after waiting for several weeks. They told me they will send the handle but I would have to pay for the shipping. Never again I will buy this brand.

AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COST!!!

I have this one, the small underseat and the largest one. All the others I give 5 stars. This one---it's rolling the dice on this if it's going to open or not. I read the other reviews and thought not mine. But the more I used it for quick get aways, the more the zipper opened. I figured out it stays together if the 2 zippers meet at the bottom back. So you can't lock this particular one. I can't tell you how many times it's come off the carousel partially opened and I'm grabbing stuff off the belt. Or if I'm lifting it to check in and then it opens. I need to call and get the warranty and have this replaced. I also don't overstuff it either. I am taking a change and took it to Dallas on the hopes it doesn't open but ya---be careful!!!

Love this! Very roomy

Love this carry on. The spinner wheels work great and this is very roomy for a carry on. I always overpack. I knew I wanted to carry on since I was going on a short business trip. This fit everything I needed. I really love the color. I was looking for a rose gold carry on. I returned a different one from Macy’s that said it was rose gold but then I received it and it was purple. Would highly recommend this one!
