Lining torn

Love the luggage. IIts roomy compared to the london fogs of 13 years ago. However, after just one trip I went to pack for a second trip within a week. The lining if the luggage was torn. That's unacceptable for london fog and the price they charge.

Awesome Luggage

My new 20 inch London Fog luggage is easy to maneuver around, lightweight too, love the Slate Blue color , lots of room for a few days get-away.

Broke first use

I loved this bag and was excited to get it on sale. Same as another reviewer the telescope handle broke before we even got it to the airport! Had to travel with the handle missing which was a huge pain. Lots of looks and NO durability. It also had scratches we overlooked since it was a sale item.

Elegant and Sturdy

I bought this with the matching carry on bag. I read the reviews and had mixed feelings about the quality; however, when it came in I was very surprised at the quality and sturdiness. I LOVE the rolling ability of this bag. It rolls so smooth and upright. The matching bag fits perfectly on top and the color is gorgeous. Do not hesitate to buy this. You will not be disappointed. No problems at all with this bag or traveling with it. So glad I made this purchase.
