Gorgeous rug - poor customer service from Macy's

Honestly, this is a gorgeous rug!! I love it. What I'm struggling with is that I ordered size 7' x 9' - which was available as a selection - but received the smaller rug without any notification. If I had received what I ordered, the rug itself would receive 5-stars, and Macy's would receive a "0." The space where the rug is used needs a larger size rug. Since returning the smaller size - not ordered by me - would be so troublesome, I just kept it and we'll make due until I find something as beautiful that fits the space.
