Disappointed

When I received this pillow it had been opened because both seals were broken. The pillow looked discolored like it had been used and to top it off I did not receive a receipt to return this pillow. I going to call in the morning to complain and need to return pillow and I don't want a gift card because I used my credit card. It is Macys fault a return label or receipt was not inside the box. I am so disappointed as to how this pillow arrived, no receipt, and looks used.

Nice Pillow

Great pillow at sale price. It is hard at when you first lay down but does "soften" and conform to your head and neck. The cooling technology really works.
